We supply semi-finished PTFE molded slab capable of providing many sealing, lining, insulation, and other capabilities that require reliably high performance. Slabs are used to machine highly custom parts with applications in every major global industry from aerospace to semiconductor wafer fabrication. PTFE slabs are preferred for many applications because of PTFE’s high melting point, high thermal stability, chemical resistance, insolubility, low dynamic coefficient of friction, flame retardant properties, and insulation characteristics.
PTFE Industries can make PTFE slab up to 51″X51″ and with a thickness of up to 4 3/4″.
